Just a 10 minute walk from Los Muertos Beach, your vacation condo
provides a view of the bay from a spacious terrace. It is in a building with 14
other units and is located on the second floor.
There are two master suites, one king-size bed and one queen-size bed, both
with private bathrooms and large closets. The condo comes fully equipped with
linens, kitchen appliances, dishwasher, and double door refrigerator. A washer
and dryer are available in the utility room. The building has a purified water
system.
The terrace runs the full length of the condo and offers a dining area and
lounge chairs. There are wonderful breezes off the bay. Ceiling fans and air conditioning are
also available.
Bring your DVDs, CDs and Ipod. There is docking CD/Ipod player.
A DVD player connects to a flat screen TV with satellite cable channels from
the United States. Wireless internet is also available.
The complex has a large pool that is heated during the winter months so
swimming is possible all year round.

- A minimum stay is generally 7
nights, however some exceptions may be arranged upon a limited basis, please
inquire.
- Form of payment is by cash,
personal check, cashier check, wire transfer
- Deposits are 50% of the total
rental amount in order to confirm reservation.
- The balance is due 30 days
prior to arrival with the exception of reservations made for special
holidays which require full payment to be received 60 days prior to arrival.
- Special arrangements for payment of the balance
upon arrival in cash can be made.
- Special monthly and
multi-monthly rates are available upon request.
- Mexican Federal Tax of 15% may
not be included on some properties, please enquire for details.
