space on the fourth floor of a six unit building. The newly renovated and
furnished condo has a spacious living and dining area and two large
bedrooms offering a king size bed in the master suite, and a queen size bed in
the guest suite. There is extensive use of marble finishes throughout the 2 1/2
bathroom unit. The condo is equipped with washer/dryer, air conditioning, cable
TV, DVD, CD, iPod player, wireless Internet connection, and comes with maid
service. There is also a roof top pool and cabana.
There is a large balcony with views of Los Muertos Beach,
and is in close proximity to all shopping, restaurants, and beach
activities. As one of Vallarta's most popular buildings, it is a certain rebook
for next year.

- A minimum stay is generally 7
nights, however some exceptions may be arranged upon a limited basis, please
inquire.
- Form of payment is by cash,
personal check, cashier check, wire transfer
- Deposits are 50% of the total
rental amount in order to confirm reservation.
- The balance is due 30 days
prior to arrival with the exception of reservations made for special
holidays which require full payment to be received 60 days prior to arrival.
- Special arrangements for payment of the balance
upon arrival in cash can be made.
- Special monthly and
multi-monthly rates are available upon request.
- Mexican Federal Tax of 15% may
not be included on some properties, please enquire for details.
