This new 3B/3B luxury condo is located just 5 minutes south of Old Town
Vallarta in the desirable neighborhood of Amapas. It is
about a 15 minute walk to Los Muertos Beach or a 5 minute cab ride. The beach
in front of the condo is about a 10 minute walk.
The 2800 square foot condo occupies the entire floor of the building. The unit
has its own dipping pool which is great for cooling off and watching the sun set
with your margaritas in hand.
This unit has spacious terrace with breathtaking views of the Bay of Banderas. Additional features include an air
conditioning system, spacious laundry and storage area, high ceilings (almost 9
feet). There are ceiling fans in each room.
The unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen, ceiling fans, wireless internet, flat screen
TV and DVD player with English language satellite TV (Star
Choices) and dock able IPOD player.
The 24 unit
complex includes security, infinity swimming pool, gym and funicular elevator to
take you to your floor.

you would like to have a maid/cook for your stay this can be arranged. The cook
would take care of your completely by doing the grocery shopping and cooking.

- A minimum stay is generally 7
nights, however some exceptions may be arranged upon a limited basis, please

- Form of payment is by cash,
personal check, cashier check, wire transfer
- Deposits are 50% of the total
rental amount in order to confirm reservation.
- The balance is due 30 days
prior to arrival with the exception of reservations made for special
holidays which require full payment to be received 60 days prior to arrival.
- Special arrangements for payment of the balance
upon arrival in cash can be made.
- Special monthly and
multi-monthly rates are available upon request.
- Mexican Federal Tax of 15% may
not be included on some properties, please inquire for details.
